@David: We had food at the first meeting, but didn't have it this time because it was in the library. I think we'll either have food at the next meetup or plan to grab dinner afterward as a group. There's no shortage of great places to eat downtown, that's for sure.

great thanks to Jason Beaird.. and keep up the good work Chris. Let me know if I can do anything to help. I think the idea of meeting with food is a good one.

Very informative meeting, but, as you know already, the room was less than desirable. It would be nice, even if somewhat intimidating, for the speaker to be in a prominent section of the room for better feedback on the faces of the group. If you can't see half of them you miss half the smiles at your jokes making it easier for you to continue speaking.

Questions and socializing time would be good as well, just a few minutes. The design segment had some great parallels in it with house renovations. It would have been nice to see a little more advice on what makes a design good. Loved the previews of CS4. I want a zebra drawing and I want a death star mock up of that inside the sphere thing.

Oh and thank you for the program and all the hard work put into this!

I can come, but I'll be late. I don't get off work until 7. Fortunately it'll only take five or ten minutes to get to the Metro.

Hi Chris,

It's Deborah from Godbit. I'm planning on going to Webmaster Jam Session again this year. I had a blast last year! Hopefully this year we can meet each other at the conference. Hey, thanks for the link to our Refresh Detroit website.
